RAW LIQUORICE POWDERWe use raw liquorice powder made from fine liquorice roots found in dry regions in Italy, Afghanistan and the Middle East. It matters where the roots are from, because soil conditions and temperatures have an enormous influence on the final taste. Just like it is the case in wine production.
BELGIAN WHITE CHOCOLATEWe always use Belgian chocolate of the highest quality in our chocolate coated products. The white chocolate is gentle in its taste - sweet, smooth and with vanilla notes.

51 % Belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), cane sugar, rice flour, invert sugar syrup, treacle, 4.4 % raw liquorice, 1.2 % ammonium chloride, rapeseed oil, glazing agents: (gum Arabic, shellac), salt, colours: (titanium dioxide, vegetable carbon), anise oil. Minimum 30 % cocoa solids. Protect from heat and moisture.
Our liquorice is cooked with rice flour and is gluten free. The rice flour is completely taste neutral.
