RAW LIQUORICE ROOTSThe Greek name for liquorice is 'Glycyrrhiza glabra', which means 'the sweet root'. This name is no understatement, because in its natural state the liquorice root is 30-50 times sweeter than plain sugar. We gather our fine liquorice roots from Italy, Afghanistan and the Middle East.
BELGIAN MILK CHOCOLATEWe always use Belgian chocolate of the highest quality in our chocolate coated products. The milk chocolate has a creamy texture and the rich, sweet taste that is loved by chocolate connoisseurs around the world.

66 % Belgian milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), rice flour, invert sugar syrup, cane sugar, treacle, 3.3 % raw liquorice, glucose, rapeseed oil, salt, anise oil, glazing agent: shellac. Minimum 35 % cocoa solids. Protect from heat and moisture.
Our liquorice is cooked with rice flour and gluten free. The rice flour is completely taste neutral.
